Right before I left for Mid-Ohio-Con, I got a call from Mark Goodman at the Ft. Worth Weekly asking if I could bang out a cover. I had the show to do, and Thanksgiving events and all sorts of other things, so I said "Sure." I love working for Mark, and the cover was a fun space image. I couldn't turn either down. The cover printed this week and is on the stands now.
(Hey, I just checked their website and there are four covers shown there, the new one and past issues. Three of the covers are mine. That's pretty cool.)
The piece was drawn by hand and laid out and colored in Photoshop.
